鶏肉に揉み込むのは、塩、胡椒、すりおろしにんにく。揉み込んで20分。
牛乳200ml、卵1個を混ぜたものにくぐらせ、小麦粉1カップ弱(カップは日本のもの)、オールスパイスと黒胡椒を各小さじ1、塩小さじ1.5、パプリカ少々(できればsmoked。なくても良い)を混ぜたものをまぶします。
180度の油で、中まできちんと火が通るまで揚げて、出来上がり。
